It felt like they were slowly killing her step by step.The ICU is mostly run by PG student doctors who are just learning and using helpless patients as experiments. The main doctors only visit for a minute, look at the patient, and just pile on a war of heavy medications. If you ask the staff to do basic things like changing diapers or helping the patient lie down, they will only do it in front of you. The moment you leave, the patient is left entirely at the mercy of God. Bringing your loved ones to this hospital is like taking them closer to death. Please avoid it at all costs.”

My patient was admitted only because of a fever. However, after being admitted to the ICU, he has been kept there for 15 days and has been given a large number of medications, all charged at printed/MRP rates. His condition has now deteriorated to the point that he is on a ventilator.

At 1:46 AM, the doctor told us that they could not say what might happen even in the next 10 minutes. The attitude of some of the nursing staff makes us feel as though they are doing us a favor rather than performing their professional duties. Some nurses appear to lack adequate knowledge of essential aspects of patient care—for example, they were not even familiar with what an AV fistula is. The fistula was functioning until recently, but now it has stopped working. This is extremely concerning and, in our view, unacceptable.

We request a thorough review of the treatment provided and an explanation of the patient’s management during the hospital stay.

My humble request to everyone is to think carefully before choosing this hospital…

I feel sorry to say that my first experience to Echo department was not good. The doctor went to lunch, came 1 hour late at 4 pm without informing patient. Which has suffered me. I was waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Which show irresponsiblilty of doctor towards his duty.
